Just return your order in its original condition within a week of receiving the product/s, and we’ll take care of the rest.

In order to return please email us info@furnishnflourish.com.au with your order number within 7 days of receiving the item.

• Refunds will be processed via the same payment method or credit card used for the original purchase. 

• All shipping costs relating to the return will be at your own expense and no returns on discounted/sale items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Product/s must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
• Due to health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to provide returns/refunds on our duvets/quilts, blankets, cushions.
• We are unable to return or refund mirrors and paper mâché products due to its fragile nature.
